Christopher Shue of Oswego Honored with One of Top Aurora University Student Awards

Aurora University senior Christopher Shue of Oswego, Ill., was presented one of the top annual student awards during Honors Convocation on April 20.

Shue, an accounting major, received the Spartan Award, presented by Aurora University to a graduating senior who has a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or above and has made an outstanding contribution to university life in the areas of leadership and community service. The top student honor, this award is voted on by faculty. Shue was also presented the Jennifer Worzala Award for Academic Excellence in Business and Leadership by the AU Dunham School of Business..

A total of 15 AU students were honored during the event for their academic achievements and campus contributions during the 2011-2012 school year.
