Lindsay Hansen of Elburn Honored with One of Top Aurora University Student Awards

Aurora University senior Lindsay Hansen of Elburn, Ill., was presented one of the top annual student awards during Honors Convocation on April 20.

Hansen, an English major, received the Ethel Tapper Award, presented by the AU College of Arts and Sciences to a senior majoring in the humanities who demonstrated outstanding academic and creative achievement during his or her academic career.

A total of 15 AU students were honored during the event for their academic achievements and campus contributions during the 2011-2012 school year.
