Westbrook Walendzik of Berkley Initiated into Aurora University Circle of ODK National Honor Society

Westbrook Walendzik of Berkley, Mich., was one of 22 Aurora University students initiated into the AU circle of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society, during a campus ceremony on April 18.

The 20th annual initiation was held in Perry Theatre in the Aurora Foundation Center for Community Enrichment. Walendzik is a senior majoring in business and commerce and marketing.

ODK recognizes leadership, character and scholarship. Student members are selected based on their accomplishments through academics, athletics, community services, social and religious activities, campus government, mass media contributions and creative and performing arts. All members hold at least two leadership roles on campus or in their communities.
